What type of Meal Plan is recommended?
We have a variety of meal plans to meet your needs! Depending on your class year, where you live, and how much you are on campus, our recommendations may vary. Be sure to use our filter and sort functions to help choose your plan. If you still need help choosing a plan, give us a call at 423-425-5570.
How can I purchase a Meal Plan?
If you will be staying in an on campus residence hall you can choose your meal plan during your housing selection process. If you'd like to make a change to your plan please contact Kimmera Parks at Mocscard@UTC.edu

Are Meal Plans required?
All first year students that live on campus are required to purchase a meal plan. Upperclassmen living on campus will be automatically enrolled in the club fund, which is a declining balance account but are welcome to upgrade to a full meal plan.
While a meal plan purchase is not required for students or faculty/staff commuting to campus, many students take advantage of the convenience and value a non-resident meal plan has to offer.
What are Mocs Bucks?
Mocs Bucks are the declining balance dollars that come with your meal plan to use at retail locations on campus. Depending on your plan will determine how many you have. They are loaded right on your Student ID card, so there is no need to carry around cash or another card!
What if I want to change my Meal Plan?
Resident (on campus) Meal Plan change requests must be submitted within the first two weeks of each semester. For questions, please contact Kimmera Parks at firstname.lastname@example.org .
How do I get into the Dining Halls once I have purchased my Meal Plan?
Resident meal plan holders: Your plan for Fall 2017 will be active as of Thursday August 17th.
Non-Resident meal plan holders: After purchasing, your plan will take 24 hours to activate over the week and up to 48 hours over the weekend. Please contact Megan Corcoran at 423-425-5570 or Corcoran-Megan@Aramark.com if your plan has not activated in this time.
Can I carry meals over to the next semester?
All meals for Crossroads Dining Hall expire at the end of each semester. Mocs Bucks roll over from fall to spring and any unused dollars expire at the end of the spring semester.
Can I treat a friend to a meal?
Resident Meal Plan holders can use their Mocs Bucks to treat a friend of family member to a meal at any of our dining locations on campus. Non-Resident Meal Plan holders can use their Mocs Bucks or block meals for Crossroads to treat a friend or family member to a meal at any of our dining locations on campus.
What do I do when my Mocs Bucks get low?
You can reload with Mocs Bucks at anytime! Visit our meal plan page and select Resident or Non-Resident Mocs Bucks Reload.
