Dining on campus isn’t one size fits all. Our meal plans were designed with you in mind. If you are looking to enjoy a meal with friends or just a snack on the go – we’ve got a plan to fit every appetite.

We’ve kept what’s most important to you in mind, building in the convenience, flexibility, quality, value and healthy options you deserve. Explore our meal plan options to learn more about what would be the best fit for you.

  • Do I need to buy a meal plan?
    • Resident Freshman: On campus freshman are required to purchase a meal plan and can choose between Plans 1-4.  Plans are chosen when you enroll in housing.
    • Resident Sophomores: On campus sophomores are required to purchase a meal plan and can choose between Plans 1-5.  Plans are chosen when you enroll in housing.
    • Resident Juniors/Seniors: Are not required to enroll in a specific meal plan but have the option to purchase Plans 1-9.  Plans are chosen when you enrolling housing.
    • Non-Residents: Are not required to enroll in a specific meal plan but have the option to purchase Plans 5-9.  Plans are purchased through UTCDining.com.
    • Faculty/Staff:  Are not required to enroll in a specific meal plan but have the option to purchase any of our non-resident plans along with our faculty/staff options.  Plans are purchased through UTCDining.com.

  • Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester? 
    • All Resident meal plans will automatically be billed for a second semester. Any changes must be made by the second week of the semester.
    • Mandatory resident students (freshman/sophomores): to change your meal plan please email mocscard@utc.edu.
    • Voluntary resident students (Juniors/Seniors): to change or cancel your meal plan please email mocscard@utc.edu.
    • Non-resident meal plans are a one semester commitment and you must re-purchase the plan of your choosing for additional semesters.

  • Will unused meals or Mocs Bucks roll over? 
    • Unused Crossroads meals expire at the end of each semester purchased.
    • Unused Mocs Swap meals expire at the end of each semester purchased.
    • Ununsed Mocs Bucks roll over from fall semester to spring semester.

  • If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
    • Residents: Meal plans can be changed through the second week of each semester.
    • Non-residents:  Meal plans are non-refundable 24 hours after initial purchase.

Don’t worry - simplicity and convenience are all within reach. Once you have a meal plan, your student ID works like a debit card. Just swipe your card and the meals and points are deducted from your meal plan account.

Our Meal Plans

Resident Freshman 2018-2019
Freshman living on campus have four meal plan options to choose from and are required to enroll.  Meal Plans are chosen during the housing sign up process and automatically billed to tuition each semester.  If you'd like to change your meal plan you have until the second week of each semester to do so by emailing mocscard@utc.edu 
Resident Sophomores 2018-2019
Sophomores living on campus have five meal plan options to choose from and are required to enroll.  Meal Plans are chosen during the housing sign up process and automatically billed to tuition each semester.  If you'd like to change your meal plan you have until the second week of each semester to do so by emailing mocscard@utc.edu.
Resident Junior/Seniors 2018-2019
Juniors and Seniors living in UTC housing may choose to purchase one of nine meal plans that offer the ultimate dining flexilbilty and value.
Non-Residents 2018-2019
Non-Resident students living outside of UTC housing have the option to purchase one of five meal plans that offer the ultimate dining flexibility and value.  Non-Resident meal plans can only be purchased with a credit/debit card.  If you wish to use funds from your student account, we recommend using your refund check to cover your purchase using these forms of tender.  There is no deadline to purchase a plan for the semester.

Block 100: 10 $10 retail meal vouchers + 5 free bagels and shmear coupons for Einsteins
Block 75: 8 $10 retail meal vouchers + 3 free bagels and shmear coupons for Einsteins
Block 50: 4 $10 retail meal vouchers + 2 free bagels and shmear coupons for Einsteins

Promotion valid for the Block 100, Block 75 and Block 50 Plans. Deal expires July 31st 2018.  Vouchers can be picked up in suite 251 in the University Center beginning August 16th. Please bring a valid receipt.

Mocs Bucks Reload
Mocs Bucks can be used at all on campus restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. They rollover from fall to spring and expire at the end of the spring semester. All you need is your Mocs Card, and you're set! Instead of worrying about retail prices or budgeting for food, you can spend that time studying for class. Let us cook for you AND clean up the mess! You have enough to worry about!

All Mocs Bucks purchased will be activated on August 16th 2018 for the fall semester.
